Terms of Use - Please Read
This Agreement is a legal contract between you—an individual or a couple, both at least 18 years of age—and Tea Nguyen, DPM or Coaching with Tea, LLC regarding your access, registration, and participation in the programs, products, and services you purchase. Furthermore, by purchasing any program, product, or service from Tea Nguyen, (also known as Coaching with Tea, LLC) you acknowledge you have read and agree to all the terms of this Agreement.
1. My Promise
I have done my best to provide you with clear education and information that will help you uplevel your private practice.
2. Confidentiality
I value and respect your right to privacy and confidentiality. I will not disclose or use any of your confidential information that I learn of as a result of you being my client/customer without prior consent from you. (If I ever share something inspired by your challenges and transformation, enough details will be changed so that what I share is anonymous.)
3. Fees & Payment
I am granting permission for Coaching with Tea, LLC to run a monthly payment of $997 each month on my credit card(s) for Coaching with Tea, LLC. I understand this is non-refundable. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that there are NO refunds regardless of use or participation, or outcome, NO exceptions. I will email [email protected] if I choose to cancel my membership.
4. Refund Policy
There are no refunds.
5. Disclaimer
I am committed to helping you achieve your goals and strongly believe in the positive impact of the programs, products, and services I provide, however, due to the subject matter thereof, I make no representations or guarantees regarding individual results. You accept responsibility for your results and any consequences thereof.
6. Intellectual Property
Any materials I provide to you, whether or not they are eligible for copyright or other intellectual property right protection, are for your use only and you are not authorized to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate the Materials without prior written consent.
7. All Rights Reserved
You agree not to copy, modify, sell, distribute, or create any derivative works based on any of the programs, products, or services you purchase. You acknowledge that all materials and presentations are proprietary and are protected by copyright, and cannot be reproduced, copied, or otherwise duplicated or presented to others without the express written authorization of Tea Nguyen, DPM.
8. Notices and Announcements
You authorize me to notify you of information I deem potentially of interest to you. Notices and announcements may include commercial emails along with communications about other relevant matters.
9. Release
You release Tea Nguyen, DPM, and any partners, contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and others in similar positions of any claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with my programs, products, and services.
